Just in time for Back to School, I was asked to take a look at Me in a Tree, a FREE Family Based website that is currently in BETA testing. The website is ad-free, safe and has over 2,000 games and activities in the subject areas of reading, mathematics, social studies, beginning science, art and music. There are more than 350 custom lesson plans spanning six academic levels—all tailored to supplement and support preschool, pre-k and kindergarten programs. The website has information regarding children regarding everything from boating to food to toy safety. They even list the latest recalls. You can also create your own personal Handbook that saves files from the website into a personalized pdf file that you can store and download. This makes the website personalized to you and your needs.

I came across a hilarious site the other day called Child Humor. If you’re looking for a good laugh and you love hearing about the funny things kids say or do, this is definitely a site you should check out.
