Amanda is a Mom living in the GTA, Ontario, CANADA with her hubby and two children (a daughter born in 2005 and a son born in 2008). She is the founder of Multi-Testing Mommy (this blog) and Digital Girl Consulting (providing support, education, training and management services to small businesses who are seeking a more engaged audience on social media, blogs etc.). She is passionate about helping people and educating families, as a Norwex Independent Sales Consultant, on how they can radically reduce the use of chemicals in their homes through their cleaning and personal care products.
she would love to connect with you.
Amanda is living her dream! She is married to her soul mate and has two wonderful children, a 7 year old son and an 11 year old daughter.
Amanda taught Kindergarten before becoming a Mom and is fortunate enough now to be a Stay at Home (and Work at Home) Mom, while continuing to educate people in a variety of domains. She enjoys focusing on her family every day: doing crafts, reading stories, being silly, giving hugs, singing, wiping noses and cleaning messes!
Multi-Testing Mommy is a place for Canadian families to discover new recipes, activities, parenting tips, products and gift ideas for the whole family.
We feature various products, services and entertainment opportunities for the family including books, skin care products, tech gadgets, health products, toys, food, products for your home, travel related opportunities, and more.
Amanda doesn’t hesitate to share her opinions, her true opinions on products. She trusts what other women have to say about products, therefore she wants to be honest with regards to her true thoughts on products that she tests. While we do accept sponsored opportunities on this blog, opinions are not influenced in any way.
Alison, new Mom
Hello! My name is Alison and I am a 34-year-old new mom. I gave birth to my little one just this past fall and have been LOVING being a mother. As my little one is now almost five months old, I have started to have to deal with a lot of new territory such as pumping and bottle-feeding, sleep training, and teething. I am also about to jump into the realm of giving solid food!!! I am always looking for products that will help make these and any future transitions as easy as possible.
Another aspect of my life that is always a challenge – especially with a new addition to the family – is lack of space. I am always on the lookout for storage solutions that will help organize all of our new toys, clothes, bath accessories, etc.
Apart from caring for my little one, I love to create things using my new sewing machine (given to me for my birthday by my amazing husband) and have been slowly learning how to make things baby related. So far to date I have made an owl rattle, a breast-feeding pillow, a diaper pouch, and a quilt! My next project will likely be clothing related – I think!
I look forward to providing you with reviews that will be posted on this fantastic blog that has helped me so much already in my new role!!!
