LEGO is a great rainy day activity! In the summer months, there are also quite a few hot days where children are looking for something to keep them occupied. In 1987, at the Alliston Potato Festival, a new kettle cooked potato chip was introduced to Canada. I remember when I first had Miss Vickie’s chips because my Aunt served them to us and I fell in love with them immediately!
