BOOK REVIEW and (closed) GIVEAWAY: What to Expect When You’re Expecting Series

Congratulations to tumyii and Athena (tinatchick) the winners of this giveaway! The “What to Expect” book series is one of the most popular and trusted book series out there for pregnant women. When I first found out that I was pregnant with my first child, “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel was the very first book that I rushed out to buy. So many of my pregnant friends or friends that had already had babies told me this was the pregnancy bible. Pregnancy bible it was! I consulted that book almost every single day. … Continue reading

CHEX cereal has two new GLUTEN FREE varieties: Honey Nut and Rice Chex. We have sampled both varieties in our house and both kids … Continue reading

I gave both kids a small strawberry basket, gave them a short picking lesson and off they went. Even my 2.5 year old picked wonderful, red juicy ones. I’ve stored my strawberries in my new Glass Rubbermaid containers (unwashed, in layers in between paper towels) – a review will be coming shortly on these wonderful containers (along with a giveaway!) and now, we’re using the strawberries up. Here is … Continue reading
