What organizer doesn’t love Rubbermaid?
Rubbermaid is like my best friend! I have Rubbermaid all over my house – from laundry baskets to large item storage bins to plastic food storage and now glass food storage containers!
The new Rubbermaid Glass Food Storage Containers have a unique Easy Find Lids system that make it really easy to store the containers neatly in your cupboards. The lids snap to the bottom of the container and to each other to make finding the right lid quick and easy! No more missing lids running wild in my cupboards – yay!

I really like how the 8 piece set stack so neatly inside one another! The one point I will make is that after washing, it takes the lids and the “gasket” inside the lids quite a while to dry out completely in order to be ready to snap together. However, these lids are completely water tight! I put water in these containers, snapped on a lid and shook them upside down like crazy with NO LEAKS!
The Glass Storage Containers are a great option for dinner leftovers and even for adult lunches the next day.
The glass is oven safe up to 425 degres and they are also microwave safe. These containers can be stored in the freezer safely too.
The bases and lids are both BPA free.
The 8 piece set contains (1) 1.5 cup, (1) 2.5 cup, (1) 4 cup, (1) 5.5 cup, all with lids.
Now for the giveaway…
Please note: This is my first time ever using RaffleCopter as a means of giveaway entries. Rafflecopter is still very new and is currently in “test mode” so there still may be a few glitches (on their part and on mine!). I’d love your feedback on it – do you love it, like it, hate it and why! You can leave your feedback in the comments on this post. The comments on this post aren’t included in the random entries – those are tracked in Rafflecopter.

I usually use plastic, but am really trying to switch over to glass – I have two out of my gazillion that are glass. It’s just not healthy to m/w my food in plastic! After reading about the bad effects I refuse to do it anymore. This would definitely come in handy 🙂 Thanks 🙂
