Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 1/2 white sugar 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 egg 2 egg whites 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 bananas, mashed 1 3/4 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup chocolate chips or raisins (or why not both?)
