My kids LOVE muffins and I’m even more excited to share that they both love Zucchini Muffins! Who knew that ZUCCHINI MUFFINS of all things could be accepted as part of a delicious dessert? I remember when I was in High School, my best friend and I would go strawberry picking together every June. It was our way of de-stressing during exams.
