Recipe: Pork Souvlaki

Pork Souvlaki 3 lb pork tenderloin cut into small cubes Marinade: 1/2 cup lemon juice1/2 cup cup olive oil4 cloves garlic, rasped (or minced or finely diced)2 Tbsp dried oregano1/2 tsp each salt and pepper Directions:Combine marinade together and add pork. Refrigerate for up to 24 hours, stirring occasionally. To Cook:Grease a cookie sheet with oil and spread pork on sheet, brushing some marinade over top of pork.
