REVIEW: Mama Mio Skin Care Products

I’ve reviewed Mama Mio products in the past twice! I was fortunate enough to receive two more samples for review: Mama Mio Body Buff I have used this product before and I do like it. It’s gentle exfoliating beads really do leave your skin feeling clean and refreshed. I also like the light scent of this product. The fact that all Mama Mio products are Paraben Free, Petrolatum Free, Sodium Laureth and Sodium Laurel Sulphate Free, Xenoestrogen and Phtalates Free, Colourant and Synthetic Fragrance Free also makes me feel better about what I am putting on my skin. My hubby is a very simple man. When I was offered the Travel Kit for Men by Monica Olsen’s SKIN line, I wasn’t sure what he would say to trying it out. I was fortunate enough to receive a sample of Baby Bee Diaper Ointment by Burt’s Bees. I love my Burt’s Bees Beeswax Lip Balm, so I was super excited to try out something for Little Man. The vitamin E in the ointment nourishes while zinc oxide and beeswax create a natural barrier to keep baby’s bum as dry as possible. I really like the Diaper Ointment, especially the scent, however unfortunately we tried it out when Little Man was sporting a diaper rash and this didn’t help in getting rid of it. I received Boot Camp for Boobs from Mama Mio just in time to take care of my body after giving birth to my son. All of us Moms painfully know exactly what happens to our boobs after pregnancy. A little while back, I was sent a full size pump of Purell Instant Hand Sanitizer Moisture Therapy. I was VERY skeptical at first. In the past, I had tried many moisturizer based hand sanitizer products and didn’t care for the way they felt on my hands. There was always this “feeling” left on my hands after using this type of product. I have to say that this didn’t happen with Purell.
