When my children were newborns, Pampers diapers were the only diapers we put on them! In fact, throughout my childrens’ diaper wearing days, Pampers was the trusted brand that we used, almost exclusively. While the movie, The Little Mermaid was originally in theatres back in 1989, over 20 years ago, the story is just as appealing to my 8 year old daughter as it was to me when I first saw it (and I was in grade 9). The Little Mermaid was one of the first (if not THE first) movie that I was allowed to go see by myself (well, with friends, unsupervised). Last Friday, I had the privilege of attending WeDay, an annual event organized by the Canadian charity Free The Children. There were 20000 students at the Air Canada Centre who were empowered, inspired to be the best that they can be, entertained and encouraged to help others in this world who are less fortunate! WeDay was honestly the most inspirational event I have ever attended. I walked away feeling inspired, proud of the students and in awe of the sheer magnitude of energy that these students possessed.
