The cost of living is too much for the average income
I live rural so it is finding resources near me.
Biggest challenge is to get organized so my fridge is tocked with healthy food and I’m not reaching for junk.

GETTING IN EXERCISE…I HATE IT HAHA
My biggest struggle is not skipping meals.
It would be getting proper rest and sleep. My apartment neighbour below me is a marijuana smoker (his coughing is terrible so, I doubt he needs this to get rid of some pain). I can’t sleep when I smell the smoke or wake up in the middle of the night when I smell it. I keep the windows closed most of the time, so, indoor air quality is also an issue, especially since I am allergic to dust. A complete blood test also showed my thyroid is underactive, so, that explains why I feel fatigued most of the time. I’m able to prepare my own meals, so, eating healthy is taken cared of, but, without proper rest and sleep, it will not be as useful.
