MagPop: a Healthy Drink

One of my 2016 goals is to start my day with a mug full of warm water and lemon. This is a hard change for me to make because while I drink quite a bit of water, the only other drink that I typically drink is coffee. In fact, other than coffee (which I admit, I do drink quite a bit of) and the occasional tea, water is my drink of choice. Sometimes, however, it is nice to enjoy a sweeter treat, but so many of the beverage options out there are not good for you. This is why I’m excited to have discovered MagPop, a healthy drink that contains magnesium, vitamin C and electrolytes without any added sugar, artificial colours or flavours AND it is a drink for people of all ages.

MagPop reminds me of an orange flavoured drink crystal that I used to drink as a child. Of course, MagPop is a much healthier version, both for your body and in taste. However, while it is healthy, it also is a welcomed change to plain water.

Health Benefits:

  • Great for maintaining health & metabolism
  • Bone building
  • Muscle function
  • Protein synthesis
  • Cellular metabolism
  • Used in your body in over 350 different ways

Healthy Drink Testimonial…

This past weekend, I had a terrible migraine. I decided to try some MagPop as I have heard that magnesium is good for migraines. Within 5 minutes (on two separate occasions), of consuming MagPop, my migraine had eased to the point where it was manageable.

My resolution is to get more exercise. My TIP is to focus on small, doable things rather than a huge goal that is so overwhelming that I give up.

My goal is to drink more water. My tip is to carry a refillable water bottle with you so you’re reminded to drink the water, and can refill when done.

My goal is to drink more water, I as well use a reusable water bottle and always have it with me when I step out. I let go of pop for a long time but over the holidays got back into it so now I am trying to cut it again and drink more water instead. I am like u, big coffee drinker. Another thing I need to work on. I find doing one step (cutting back or out) seems to work better then trying to change everything at once 😉
