Last weekend, I was at a Norwex Party where the hostess had the most beautiful spread of food on a gorgeous high top glass table. It all looked so elegant, but one of the appetizers in particular caught my eye. I wasn’t hungry, so believe it or not, I had excellent self control (surprising) and didn’t indulge on any of the beautiful goodies, but I came home thinking non-stop about this Goat Cheese and Bruschetta Layered Dip that was there.
Setting out to re-create this beautiful appetizer, I realized how easy it actually was to make. Literally, it took me 5 minutes to prepare and it looks rather impressive!
In order to consider individuals on a Gluten Free diet, I have discovered a new, delicious and healthier cracker from Breton! They are crispy, flavourful, delicious AND beans are the #1 ingredient!
My two favourite varieties are the Breton White Bean with Salt & Pepper and the Breton Black Bean with Onion & Garlic. These crackers have been certified gluten-free by the Canadian Celiac Association! With 3 grams of fibre and 2 grams of protein per serving, I would definitely consider these a healthier choice.
If you want to try some other varieties of Breton Bean crackers, there are also Breton Popped! Beans cracker chips in new flavours: Breton Popped! Beans Sea Salt & Pepper and Breton Popped! Beans Sweet Chili Cheddar, made with a blend of chickpeas and red beans.

with a variety of flavours!

- Goat Cheese
- Bruschetta (store bought or make your own)
- 1-2 Roma Tomatoes

I think this Goat cheese and bruschetta layered dip looks so elegant . When I read the directions for putting this dish together, I was amazed at the shortness of time it took for one to actually prepare it. I plan on making this dish as I am trying to make healthier food a priority for this year.
Thank you for your kind words, Elva! Sometimes the most elegant things in life are the simplest π
