These are some great tips, especially about staying hydrated and making sure that sun protection is forefront.
Thanks so much for the tips
Thank you for the tips. It is always hard to eat healthy when going out to dinner let alone going on vacation. I try to still go to the grocery store and get fruits and veggies to keep in the room to snack on.
Thanks for these wonderful tips
Great tips, I have to admit I often forget to stay hydrate when out and about on holidays. I get caught up in what we are doing; need to remember to take some water with me.
Being on vacation alters everything so it’s important to remember to take all necessary medication etc with you. I remember going to Australia for 2 mths and having to rush a blood test, visit to the Dr for a new prescription and then dashing to collect my prescription and all because I hadn’t thought about it in plenty of time.
Staying hydrate is very important when traveling to hot countries. It is amazing how quickly one can become dehydrated in climates one is not use to.
