In our house, our favourite is stretchy and flavourful mozzarella called Mozzarellissima.
It is our “go to cheese”! Each of us has our own preferences for how we like to enjoy it best!
My son enjoys Mozzarellissima melted on a plate as an after school snack. Yes, you read that right – just melted cheese on its own. It is THAT good!
My daughter enjoys a small chunk of cheese to nibble on.
I love Mozzarellissima in many of my dinner dishes, but most of all, it is my favourite cheese to work with when making pizza as it has the perfect amount of stretch and the taste is the BEST mozzarella cheese that I’ve ever had on pizza!
Hubby, like me, enjoys Mozzarellissima melted in the many dishes that I use it in as well as shredded as an extra on top! Hubby made the chili dish above and it was so amazing with some melted cheese mixed in to add some additional texture and flavour.
We have added shredded Mozzarellissima to soup and chili and we have made casseroles that includes the cheese right in the dish. We LOVE to make pizza and have used it in “Daddy’s special eggs” which are scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and meat (bacon or sausage).
Of course, many people enjoy cheese and wine together. For me, I love my wine and I LOVE Mozzarellissima so for me, it makes a perfect combination.

I can almost guarantee you that you won’t be disappointed and if you don’t care for it, you can pass the rest on over here because we LOVE it! It has honestly become a staple along with milk, eggs and bread in our house!

I have a really hard time finding a good mozzarella around here. Some of the ones I have tried are so bad, I haven’t been making some of my favourite meals. I’m definitely going to look for this! I’m really craving some Lasagna!

Mozzarellissima is the only cheese I will use on pizza or in lasagna! I love how it melts and gives you the stretchy cheese you want in dishes like this!
