Helping Children Stay Calm

It’s Halloween Time!

What does that mean? With Halloween comes excitement, fun and a lot of energy! Also, many children fill their bellies with all kinds of goodies and treats and in the end, they don’t feel all too well.

So, you had better believe that when my children come home from school on Friday, I will be giving them a dose of Calm in order to keep their tummies happy and their moods a bit more calm-like. I don’t expect peace and quiet on Halloween, but in my experience, when my children get too excited and over-the-top, the next stage is TEARS. I don’t want someone getting hurt because they were being TOO silly!

Calm

Calm for kids contains Chamomile and Linden, used throughout the ages to relieve upset stomachs and calm minds. Burping, bloating and gas are all soothed and sleep comes easily with these gentle flowers. Calm for kids also promotes a relaxing sedative state with no harmful effects.

We have make rules in our home about Halloween prior to the day so that my kids know what to expect. That way, they don’t beg for more and more and more

Oh, I need this.. little Miss K tends to get very.. nauseated when she’s nervous/anxious.. I’ve been hesitant on using anything to help her but this would be perfect for her I think.
