From as long as I can remember, I have always loved photography. To be specific, I LOVE to take photos! I love taking photos of people, nature and food. When I met my husband, I was SO excited to learn that he owned a GOOD camera, the kind that could be taken out of Auto Mode and would take amazing photos. His camera was a Canon and I almost instantly became comfortable with the Canon interface.
When we had my daughter, I quickly learned that carrying around a HUGE camera was not always feasible, so we bought a Canon “point and shoot” camera. While I loved it for its size, I continued to use our Canon SLR for good shots of our new baby.
Now, I am a huge geek when it comes to digital cameras. I have SO much to learn, but I love talking about photos, cameras and photography and I also love testing out new digital cameras.

I’m a photographer who loves to take photographs, and those times when it is difficult to bring around a Digital SLR which usually are a lot heavier to lug around. Handheld digital cameras are a great second alternatives for those fun candid and vacation travel moments, I’d love to get my hands on one of these!!!
I personally enjoy taking Photos of special occasion, milestones, and family/loved ones. Just the fact that i can capture the special moments and beautiful scenery of the sky when its pink, purple and dark yellow or a first time picture or even make a quick video of the “first steps” or “first word” at anytime or place. Just having something to go back to and being able to look at it in a couple of years and go down memory lane, being able to laugh and smile and have the same emotions you had when you took those videos/photos on that very same day come back to you. Its a wonderful feeling.
