My get healthy tip is to walk daily even if you just start with 5 minutes a day. Some movement is better than none at all!
Try and go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time every day. you’ll feel good and have lots of energy.

What I have been doing lately is pre packaging almonds, they are filling and a great snack, I keep one in my purse, and I always carry a water bottle every where I go.

Decrease your portion-size by a tablespoon every two weeks. You won’t miss a tablespoon of food, but your stomach will gradually decrease in size and you will want less food.

Keep a glass of water on your night stand to drink as soon as you wake up. This will kick start your digestive system.
Portion control, if you want some chips have some but portion control don’t eat the whole bag!
Set aside 20 minutes everyday for some physical activity. It doesn’t seem like much but if you get into the habit of doing it then you soon expand that time. Make it fun and get the whole family out for a walk!

If you start craving something sweet eat an apple or an orange or chew some gum instead of reaching for a cookie or some candy. Chances are it will satisfy your sweet craving for a lot less calories and it is better for you.

Have your 8 glasses of water… AND ALWAYS EAT BREAKFAST! Never skip on that meal.. it boosts your metabolism for the day! 🙂
