I absolutely LOVE Granola cereals, but I also know that they are often very high in fat and sugar which doesn’t make them a cereal that I choose very often.
A serving size of the Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds contains only 3 grams of fat and 5 grams of sugar but it does include nutritious whole grains (gluten free oats, brown rice, gluten free oat flour, buckwheat, amaranth, millet, quinoa), blueberry puree, apple puree, plum puree and more!
We sampled the Vanilla Blueberry Clusters with Flax Seeds and Maple Walnut Clusters with Chia & Quinoa varieties in our house. Let me tell you that they certainly didn’t last very long!
I’m a sucker for Blueberry flavoured anything, so my favourite flavour was that one. However, I really enjoyed both of these cereals. We ate them as traditional cereal, we snacked on them and we added them to yogurt. These provided us with some healthy eating options and I felt good feeding them to my family.
The granola tastes like traditional granola with a delicious flavoured twist! With such creative flavours, who wouldn’t be tempted to try them out! I love that they are even gluten free for those of you who are gluten intolerant!
