I am so thankful to have found Adult Essentials Gummy Vitamins for my husband and I to take every day! The honest truth is, as much as we know that vitamins are important for our health, we didn’t always remember to take them as a part of our daily routine. I wish we got these here. I think I would love them as I have a hard time swallowing pills. Right now I use chewable multi vitamins.

My husband says he couldn’t have these because he would eat a whole bottle in one day LOL.
I use chewable muti vitamins only so these would be great. But I found out I was cancelling out my iron suplement by taking it with a calcium – gotta watch your combos.

I try so hard to take my daily vitamins but fail so often. Wouldn’t it be great if we could hire someone to just remind us all of the daily things we need to do? What a fantastic life that would be!
