If you or someone close to you suffers from heartburn, this article is a must read! I know what it can be like when you suffer from heartburn. It is terribly uncomfortable and it can even be so bad as to disrupt your ever precious sleep. When I was pregnant, I would wake up in the middle of the night with terrible heartburn. It was scary, unsettling and very uncomfortable!
