When my Mariposa sandals from StepHappy.ca arrived on my doorstep, I was so excited, I cannot even begin to put it into words!
I am not a typical women (in many ways of the word), but lately I’ve started to become a bit more obsessed with shoes than I have been in the past. Being on a single income in our house, I cannot rationalize buying a pair of shoes for different occasions, so I typically only have 1 pair of running shoes, 1 pair of sandals, 1 pair of dressy shoes and 1 pair of leather fall type shoe.
I was really wanting to have another option for a different pair of shoes to wear this summer and my Mariposa sandals are the perfect pair! They are right in between casual and dressy for me. They can be worn to the mall and I could even get away with wearing them with a dress on a date with my hubby (hint hint!).
What makes Alegria Shoes unique is their rocker outsole. It is engineered to roll naturally reducing heel and central metatarsal pressure. The rocker outsole also encourages proper posture and normal gait.
I also like the fact that they have naturally breathable leather insole with built-in arch support.
I have rather picky feet. Many shoes take quite a while to get used to. These shoes, however, took NO breaking in at all! From the moment they went on my feet they were comfortable! Oh, the comfort!
