Whether you are pregnant or a new parent, it is always a good idea to do your research prior to attending a trade show like the BabyTime Show! I have been attending trade shows for over 10 years and I have learned a few things along the way!
Multi-Testing Mommy’s Tips:
- Purchase your tickets ahead of time if possible, in order to avoid line ups.
- Bring water!
- Wear comfortable footwear.
- Wear as little as possible as it gets HOT!
- Bring a reusuable shopping bag to collect cards, pamphlets and free samples.
- Make a plan of which booths you MUST visit by looking at the list of exhibitors ahead of time.
This year, Nanny Robina, Sara Dimerman and Dr. Paul Roumeliotis, MD will be offering free seminars! Be sure to check the schedule so that you plan your visit accordingly. Also, new this year is the Live & Learn Stage where there will be a wide variety of important topics presented by various Exhibitors like Julie Cole from Mabels Labels.
If I were pregnant (which I’m not, for the record) OR a new parent, I would be sure try to attend the Car Seat Safety and installation Seminar as car seat safety is something that is so important! Nothing is more important than your child’s safety.
If you are bringing along your kids to the show, rest assured there is a great Toddler Time Stage that will give them a little break from the show and provide them with some fun entertainment! Toopy & Binoo and Barney will be making guest appearances, some favourite characters that your child won’t want to miss.
