I’ve always had a pretty good Oral Care Routine. I brush in the morning, after breakfast (and coffee), I often will rinse with mouthwash after lunch and I brush, floss and rinse with mouthwash before bed. I haven’t always been as good about flossing, but ever since having babies, flossing has become a part of my DAILY routine and I cannot go to bed without completing my full routine. Call it me making a healthy choice, or perhaps it is a bit of OCD, but my mouth just doesn’t feel right unless I brush, floss and rinse with mouthwash.
I have very tight contacts between my teeth which makes flossing a big challenge. Many types of floss get stuck in between my teeth and worse yet, they often shred, break and occasionally get stuck in between my teeth.
I am lucky that I have FINALLY found a floss that works so well for me 99.9% of the time! I use Oral-B® Glide Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss every single night. It slides so nicely between all of my teeth and it rarely breaks!
