How to Format Text in Google +?

One of my goals for 2014 is to figure out Google Plus.

This post will teach you how to format text in Google Plus.

Writing a post in Google Plus is fairly easy, learning many of the ins and outs of posting in order to maximize exposure is a completely different story.

I have spent a bit of time doing some research and have learned a few things….

1) You can format text to make it bold, italic or strikethrough in a post. Here is how:

And 2):

    • the importance of #hashtags

  • when you +someone in a post or comment, an email will get sent to their inbox

Do you use Google Plus?
Do you like it?

If you do use Google Plus, I would LOVE for you to write on my Google Plus Page so that I can experiment a bit!

I’m so glad you’re doing this, because this is one of my goals for the year, as well! Now I can just follow you as you figure it out, yay! Pinned for future reference, thanks!

Google + is so foreign to me. I share my posts when I remember and then I give people thumbs up when I think about it. Must look into this more. thanks

  3. YAY! Let’s do this together, Katie! What is your g+ url?

  4. Up until recently, I have pretty much ignored it, but it is about time I start using it – did you know that ALL of your followers will see your posts in G+? None of the FB nonsense!

Amanda, thank you SO MUCH for this. I am completely overwhelmed with the learning curve on all things blogging, and having Google + added to the pile is just one more thing. Your infographic simplifies it for me. You must be a teacher or something… 😉
