Meals Made Easy Leading Up to a Move!

Alison, our reviewer of all things baby is about to make a huge change in her life!

She’s moving!

Moving is a very stressful time in anyone’s life, let alone with a small baby. In order to make at least one part of her day easy, she has decided to only make meals using her crockpot for the next 7 days leading up to her big moving day.

This makes so much sense, doesn’t it? That way, she can pack away most of her kitchen ahead of time and not have to resort to take out every night.

She’s one smart cookie, that Alison!

Check out Alison’s story about how she intends on only using a crockpot for her meals for 7 days!

Here’s a teaser:

Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for Alison regarding:
moving with a baby
moving in general
cooking with a crockpot

Planning meals during a move is smart. I have no tips. LOL I always just stressed out and got take out 🙂

Moving can be SO stressful! But it definitely helps to have an easy and convenient way to plan out meals during that time, and also keep organized! I try to be as organized as possible to help lessen stress…but I STILL stress out lol!

  3. Take out, LOL. We moved with a baby, it was very hard. We asked family to take the kids and that was a huge help. Best of Luck and yes that does look yummy!

We moved into our house that needed a lot of work,in a new to us town too, with a 6 month old. It was many years ago, so it’s easy now to block out how hard that was!

I agree, take-out for us too. Or frozen pizzas. 🙂

Haha I’ve done take out too — but leading up to the move, I imagine myself preparing with frozen quiches, lasagna, etc.
