@Jooners Online Sign Up Service {Premium Membership GIVEAWAY}

I was recently provided the opportunity to review Jooners, an online signup sheet designed to streamline social event planning (for personal or business events).

This service can be used to create sign up sheets for a variety of events including pot luck parties, volunteers for events, gift exchanges, bloggers for campaigns and more!

You can share the sign up sheet with specific individuals via email or on social networks like Twitter or Facebook.

I found this service very user friendly. The layout is simple and self explanatory and it is fast to set up.

The one place where I felt limited was that when collecting information, you only have access to 4 columns. When I create event sign ups for blogging, for example, I often require more information than name and three additional options.

There is a Basic and a Premium membership option. There are a few features of the Premium membership that I find very appealing including:

  • the ability to create unlimited sign up sheets
  • the option to be notified when someone signs up on your sheets
  • private sign up sheets
  • and more…

People who sign up just need a name and email address in order to sign up for an event. Signing up for an account is offered, but it is not mandatory.

    Oh this would have been really great when I was working as an Office Admin! I was always making sign up sheets and such. What a great idea!

    Glad you refreshed my memory about Jooners. I think t would be really helpful for my daughter’s high school marching band. It would be so much easier for parents to sign-up for the food each week than the 10,000 email system we currently use.

  3. This is aweeeeesome! I’m not an event planner, but I might as well be… My whole family has me put together parties because I don’t leave any details untouched. This would be so helpful!!
