Chocolate Banana Muffins that Taste Like Cupcakes
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup mini chocolate chips
3 well mashed bananas
1/2 cups butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix together all wet ingredients.
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
Makes approximately 15 muffins.
Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Warnings
Note: There is no sugar in this recipe – however, with the banana, they really don’t need sugar at all! If you top them with icing, you would never miss the sugar at all and they taste like a yummy chocolate banana cupcake, but are probably healthier than many muffins you will eat.

Wow! -a recipe for muffins that taste like cupcakes and contain no sugar. I would frost them with a dab of whipped light nutriwhip and that would make them a little more tasty and not add sugar.
