Lunchbox Love

Growing up, my Mom always used to leave me notes. Fun notes and reminder notes EVERYWHERE I looked!

My husband actually made fun of me (and my Mom) for the notes when he first met me. He mocked my Mom by leaving ridiculous notes around the house when she was away at the cottage (like don’t forget to dry your hands after you wash them).

Now, our family writes notes just like my Mom did when I was growing up. Except, our notes are the fun and loving kind!

My husband has left my daughter notes from the time she was a young child (probably around the age of 1) and has started to write my son notes too (which he carries around the house and hugs and crumples to his delight).

I write notes for my daughter in her lunch sometimes and she loves getting the little surprises in her lunch bag.

When I learned of the company Say Please, and their amazing Lunchbox Love notes, I was so excited to try them out!

Each note has a positive phrase on the front and a fun fact on the back. Admittedly some of them are a bit too old for my 4 1/2 year old daughter, but I’m using them anyhow and she just loves them.

They are colourful and made on top quality card stock.

There are Lunchbox Love notes for children; Teens & Tweens; for Birthday Boys; for Birthday Girls; for Girlfriends; for People You Work With & for Those You Appreciate.

What a super idea!

  1. Those seem pretty neat! Too bad your mom didn’t think to go into business with her notes all those years ago. 😉
