Who on Your Holiday List Could Use a New Cell Phone Case from @CasecoCases? #GIVEAWAY #DISCOUNT

Do you own a cell phone? Do you have your life on it like I do?

Photos, videos, contacts, a calendar, you name it, it is on my phone SO it is EXTREMELY important that I protect my phone as much as possible.

I had a wonderful case on my phone from the day I got it, but sadly over time, one of the parts wore out and it broke, no longer providing as much protection for my phone as I would like.

When I received the opportunity to try a case from Caseco, I was all over it because I was in need of a new case and I had heard great things about them.

Did you know that the people at Caseco have dropped a Samsung Galaxy S4 in a parking lot and an iPhone 5S on a hard floor many times from 4-5 feet height?

To me, that is an impressive test! If those phone survived while being protected by a Caseco case, mine will too!

I love the colour of my new case, and I also love the feel of it in my hand. The sides have a silicone grip feel to them while the back of the case is shiny and glossy. The only part that isn’t my favourite is the fact that some of my charging cables don’t go into the phone with ease when the case is on, and I like to charge my phone while it remains in the case. Thank goodness, I do have one style of charging cable that works really well.

I have to add that the Shock Express Caseco case that I received came with a screen protector too. I ended up not being able to use it because I found that while it was VERY easy to put on, it distorted the look on my screen. While I love the case and recommend it for anyone wanting to protect their phone, I do recommend that you purchase a separate, high quality screen protector too. I have mentioned this to the people at Caseco and they were eager to hear my feedback so perhaps in the future, this will be changed.

I also received a PowerBox Universal – 2600mAh Battery Charger in Topaz Blue. This is something that I will carry around with me in my purse at all times as my phone doesn’t always stay fully charged, especially when I am at events where I am expected to “live tweet”. The size of the battery charger is perfect and I love the looks of it too, however, I do find it to be heavier than I would like, but if it keeps my phone fully charged and serves as a backup battery if I do lose my charge, then it is all worth it to me.

I’m sure you have someone on your gift list this year who could use a new case. There is always someone who is difficult to buy for, and I believe these phone cases and battery chargers would make an excellent gift!

Perhaps you know a parent who has a young child that could use good protection on their phone like this one:

What a wonderful tradition! I have never seen the lego light switch before, but it looks like a fun gift!

But… Santa fills the stockings! How does Santa fill them on Christmas EVE? Your Santa is very different than my Santa. 😉

This is a very cute tradition, I get a kick out of the big deal your stockings are! I’ve started wrapping the gifts in Mark’s stocking.. I see the joy in taking time with them and putting together all kinds of fun, smaller items. I’ve definitely been enjoying stockings more and more each year, and look forward to when I’ll be doing them for my own children. Er… when Santa does them for my kids, because that’s my tradition. 😉

I have too many holiday traditions to name, but this year some of those traditions will be changing, and then next year we’ll be making a lot of new traditions after we’re married and in our home. This year, I’m going to miss my first ever Christmas dinner with my parents, as I’ll be joining Mark’s family at his Christmas dinner (because that’s when he sees his aunts and uncles). Time for change for this gal.

I would love to have (and seriously need) the Shock Express Case for the iPhone 4/4S in the lovely Avocado Green color! I recently broke my otterbox case and so it has been naked for some time and in taking this risk I managed to crack the back glass of the phone 🙁 but I am going to pay to get it replaced and I need something like this to keep it from happening again!! Thanks for the entry 🙂

  18. Victoria Ess says:

I prefer these cases to the Otterbox ones which I find a bit bulky for my liking.
