It’s All About the Little Things We Do For Each Other! #PGMom

I am a very lucky lady and I count my blessings for it every single day!

The events of yesterday and today are a great example!

I was suffering from a really terrible migraine all day yesterday. My hubby rushed home early from work (because it was Valentine’s Day) to cook our family a delicious steak and risotto dinner that thankfully I was able to enjoy (and then some!–I hadn’t eaten all day).

Right after dinner, my migraine hit a high and unfortunately, I spent the rest of the night on the couch and I went to bed at 8pm with the kids!

His love didn’t stop there! He cleaned up the kitchen and prepared breakfast for the children so that when they woke up in the morning, I could sleep.

I was double lucky because when I did wake up, my kids shared their breakfast with me by bringing this to my bed for me to enjoy.

Do you see the note that says “I love you” and the cut out paper daisy?

The kids sat on either side of me, giving me a snuggle to feel better while I nibbled my cereal (they saved me eight small squares – too cute!).

This video is so true – love is all about the little things that we do for each other every day, not the gifts we receive on Valentine’s Day!
