    Consider if the food choice is worth the c/enjoy it. Then choose something else, or wait for that something else. Most things aren’t worth the calories, and it’s worth the wait.

  8. I exercise 5 days a week, drink 2 liters of water a day, and watch my calorie intake. Lost over 100 pounds in the last 2 years so far doing this.
