We tend to use lots of motrin…my kids have the hardest time with teething.
We used Tylenol (nearly 20 years ago, now!)Teethease is such a good idea, because I remember the teething ring was NEVER handy!
My sister has her baby wear an amber necklace that seems to work really well.
I don’t have any tips but I am reading up on them before my baby is born anytime.
I freeze damp washcloths for my babies to chew on.
With my first 1 I had no ideas and struggled since he teethed at 2.5 months. Then I heard about teething jewellry, and that worked wonders with my younger 2.

I just got through the first year with my first little one, and so far for teething we’ve just done the good ole frozen teething ring, or frozen damp cloth. So far it hasn’t been too bad, we’ll have to wait and see how the molars go though.
