Starting My Day Off Right
It’s been a super busy week around here! My sister had a baby and I have been helping her out quite a bit. I have been trying to eat small snacks regularly throughout the day because there hasn’t always been time for proper meals. I’ve been drinking lots of coffee as I was 4 hours of sleep in 48 hours over the couple of days that she gave birth. Because of this, I have been trying to compensate by drinking a lot of water!
I haven’t had the opportunity to take my PGX pills at every meal, but when I do, I have ramped right up to 6 pills at each meal. I find that taking the maximum dose helps me to stay fuller longer for sure! This has been VERY helpful this week, tying me over between meals or snacks.
