Kids like crunchy food and using their hands so serve raw veggies and a healthy dip. A good snack and it’s good for them too.

Sounds simple but no only eat at scheduled times and don’t snack in between. My DD4 has 3 meals and 2 snacks per day.
My daughter loves veggies and fruit with a healthy dip, a great way of encouraging them to eat fruit/veg.
Puree veggies and add them to practicly anything to give your kids a healthy boost without them even knowing it!
