Teethease – a brilliant and safe teether {REVIEW}

Why weren’t Teathease Teethers around when my kids were wee? I had to stop wearing any type of jewellery because EVERYTHING would go in their mouth!

Teethease is a Canadian line of wearable Teething Jewellery.

The line is dishwasher-safe, made from high-grade, hypoallergenic materials (FDA-approved silicone), BPA- and PVC-free, and contains no phthalates, heavy metals or latex.

Teethease: wearable teething jewellery

We received the Original Teethease Pendant Necklace for review in Pearl. I love how it literally will go with any outfit you choose! They are so much fun and unique, it truly does look like a regular piece of jewellery AND it is very easy to clean!

Babies can play with this safe necklace without you worrying about them hurting themselves or breaking your expensive jewellery. This is a perfect distraction from other things during nursing! I so could have used this while I was nursing my wee ones.

If you believe your child is teething, go with your gut until they can prove you wrong. My oldest started teething at 2.5 months and everyone thought I was crazy, right up until I proved it to my doc!

  2. Sweet Panda says:

When my first one was teething, I put a plastic teether in the fridge and whenever she’s discomfort, I took the teether from the fridge and it helped her to smooth her pain.

  3. Teri Tarrant says:

When both my boys were teething, I would peel an apple and cut pieces out of it leave chunks on the core they could gnaw on. That apple would look more like an X when I had it cut, but a fresh cold apple is good for their gums and their bellies, depending on age of course.

  4. Samorjj says:

Buy two teethers. One to knaw on and the other goes in the freezer to replace the current one when the cold wears off.

  5. Olivia L says:

I would fold washcloths into triangles, dip the corners in water, then freeze them for baby to chew on later.

Don’t worry about the small stuff, babies grow fast and before you know it they will be in kindergarten than graduating. Enjoy and be thankful for all the moments, even the tough ones.

  7. Lisa KH says:

Trust your own instincts when it comes to parenting, even if you’re a first-timer. Don’t doubt yourself due to advice from others.

Don’t take other people’s advice or judgements too seriously. They aren’t always right.. things change quickly, so that older lady at the store might not have the latest information.

  10. Anonymous says:

it is okay to want to ‘get away’ so take up any offers to let you get out of the house on your own for a couple of hours.

My tip for new parents is to relax & enjoy your newborn! They grow up so quickly – the dishes can wait 🙂
