My mom would always ask at the end of the day “How was school today; what did you learn?”. Although the question probably went unanswered each day or was answered with a mumble it showed that my mom cared and was interested in what was going on in my school life.

I love this idea! My 2 school-aged children would be so thrilled to get one of these notes in their lunches. Sweet idea!
