I have a question for you and I would love an honest and true answer!
How often do you clean your floors?
- I sweep my kitchen floors on a daily basis
- I vacuum my kitchen and bathroom floors once to twice a week
- I vacuum my carpeted floors once a week
- I spot clean (the traditional way on my hands and knees with a cloth) in the bathroom around the toilets and in the kitchen on a daily basis
But….
I don’t actually clean as in MOP my floors all that often (perhaps once a month).
Why? I honestly find that from the spot cleaning and the sweeping and vacuuming they don’t get that dirty. ALSO, the truth is that I don’t like mopping the floors because of how time consuming it can be!

I do our floor every second day it drives me crazy if the floor is dirty!

Aim for every week but many times ends up being 2 weeks. Sweeping under the kitchen table done several times a week.

I don’t have a vaccuum I use a broom and I do that about 2xs a week, cause it’s such a pain. My floors get a ‘fast’ mop job about 2x’s a week and a good one 1x a week. I usually do the floors on my hands and knees about once a month & polish them about every 3.
I just clean our floor once a week.
The mats in the kitchen – when needed, the rest of the floor when I can be bothered. I vacuum upstairs once a week (sitting room,bedroom) and the downstairs living room (which hardly gets used) monthly

I really need to do the floors everyday because of our cat…she sheds a lot. Sara and I both have long hair too so that doesn’t help. I Swiffer twice a week but it isn’t enough.

I sometimes go weeks in the bedrooms, but the high traffic area is weekly, bathrooms every 2 days, and the kitchen being done near daily since someone is always making a mess (mainly me lol)

Once a month I will mop the floor but I sweep weekly… yes, I know – I am lazy. Hoping the steam mop would get me to clean them more.

We mop twice a week because we have dogs that run in and out of the house.
I wash the floors in the living/dining room a couple times a week. this is because my daughter eats in here and is quite messy.

I swiffer vac them every day since I have 3 cats and any less and a new cat appears with all the hair they leave. I wash them once every 2-3 weeks, its a pain because all I see are paw prints on my floors they are all laminate.
The floors get swiffered probably about every other day. Spot cleaning happens as needed. The floors get wet-mopped every week or so.

I vacuum about once a day because I have a baby crawling. As for mopping or washing about once a week. I have to admit it is less than that when I don’t have a baby crawling though!

I sweep/vacuum our main living space hardwood floors 3 times a week or more depending on how bad they are. I vacuum the upper floor once a week and wash them every 2-4 weeks.

I try to clean my floors every couple days but with kids sometimes its a couple times a day!
I usually clean my floors about once every week, there’s only me and so unless I spill something it doesn’t really get dirty.
Not often enough. Once every two weeks, maybe. I’m pretty sure my husband does the kitchen weekly though.

I have to do all my main floors daily. I usually mop 2-3 times a week. But I do have the norwex mop and it is fairly simple and easy.
We vacuum nearly every night but now that we have given the dog away I tend to only mop once every month or two.

Well, I have dogs and cats so I vacuum everyday. I swiffer them probably once or twice a week and give them a good deep clean about once a month.
Mine get swept every other day, and then vacuumed and washed weekly.

Sweeping happens a lot, but the hands and knees scrub is weeks between visits.
OMG not often enough! Busy schedules and a dog .. wut can I say? Sweeping every time it looks like it needs it and spot cleaning more often than a full mopping which might be every few weeks.
I clean, really clean, hands and knees cleaning, 2 times per week. Although, I could probably get away with doing that once a week as its just me, the hubby and the dog.

Sweep probably 3 times a week- mop, probably every other week. I did have a steam cleaner that I used more frequently but it just broke 🙁

Every 3rd or 4th day they are washed but swept everyday.
i vacuum every day but only wash once a month.. trying to bump it up since my daughter just learned how to crawl (rafflecopter marie cat)
with two dogs and two cats, it seems like doing the floors every other day STILL isn’t often enough! But c’est la vie!
