Last week, hubby wrote up a review on the Alcatel One Touch Idol 3 phone. My favourite quote that he shared was that it was like a “family room in your pocket” thanks to its impressive stereo speakers and high definition display.
I’m so excited to share a giveaway with you where you have a chance to win your very own!
Here’s a question for you: at what age do you feel it is appropriate (in your opinion) for a child to have their own cell phone that works out of the home? This is an ongoing debate among parents and I’m curious as to what you think. At this point in my life as a parent, neither one of my kids are ready or have a need for a cell phone. We hand our old phones down to them and they can use them to play games etc. in the home, but they are not connected to any service plan, only wifi. At the age of 10, my daughter already has friends who have their very own cell phone that they can use to make calls, text etc., so I figure it is only a matter of time before she starts asking for one. We are definitely not ready to give her a cell, but I’m curious what you think. Please do remember to respectful of all opinions. This blog must remain a respectful place.
