Back in July, I test drove a Hyundai Santa Fe XL for a week. I was extremely excited to test this vehicle out because back in May, I test drove the Hyundai Santa Fe. I wrote a post about the inside of the Santa Fe because that is what I really love the most about this vehicle!
My husband will testify that when I pack for a road trip, I tend to pack everything but the kitchen sink. I pack for all of the “what ifs”. I don’t know if it’s because I am used to packing for the cottage where there are no stores to get something in the case that you left something behind OR if is just in my genes, but regardless I require a lot of cargo room.

The kids and I packed up to spend almost a week up at the cottage this summer and we drove up there in the Hyundai Santa Fe XL. What a nice drive it was!
When I sit in a Hyundai Santa Fe, I feel “right”. There is nothing I feel I need to get used to at all, I just feel right at “home”. This must mean that it is the car for me, it is meant to be, right?!
My dream vehicle has now become the Hyundai Santa Fe XL. It is perfect for my family. It is spacious, comfortable and I really find it to be a nice drive!
My husband doesn’t think we need that third row in the back, but I’m not convinced as we packed it pretty full for our trip! He heard something on the radio a few weeks ago saying that you shouldn’t purchase a vehicle for the 1-2 times a year that you need it for that ONE reason.
So my question to you is….
What is your main decision behind what vehicle you purchase when/if you are at a point where you are thinking about buying a new vehcile?
Ohhh,I love this suv!!! I have always wanted one because it’s the perfect size for me!

My main reasons for purchasing are cost of the vehicle and reliabilty.

Two of the things at the very top of my list is fuel economy and safety record. The Santa Fe is really spacious!
