Because Easter falls early this year, it also happens to fall on two family members’ birthdays as well. In our family, we will be doing a whole bunch of celebrating with both sides of the family!
We typically decorate eggs leading up to Easter, but something tells me that we might be a bit busy with other celebrations this year!
These eggs were decorated by drawing on a hardboiled egg with white crayon and then dipping them in the coloured dyes.
We always have a huge Easter Egg Hunt at my inlaw’s house. This is something that the children look forward to every year. This year, however, we will be doing it a different way. It will be more like a scavenger hunt where the kids pick up clues along the way and receive a larger “prize” at the end of their adventure.
I wonder what Easter treats they will receive this year….

- Kinder® Mini Eggs
- Kinder® Surprise® Egg Decorating Kits
- Kinder® Maxi with Plush Animals
- Kinder® Surprise® Egg Painting Kits
You have the opportunity to share this month with the help of KINDER® Canada, who will be donating $1 to Children’s Miracle Network of Canada for every new friend on their Facebook Page from March 1st to 31st, up to $25,000!

Just a note that unlike Kinder® Surprise®, Kinder® Mini Eggs are NOT nut-free as they contain a delicious milky hazelnut centre!

We love Kinder Eggs in my family! Your idea of a Scavenger Hunt is a good one and one that I think I may suggest for my grandkids!
thanks

My kids love Kinder products. I too do the scavenger hunt with clues. Its more fun watching them figuring it out and going around the house collecting a variety of treats.
Ooo a scavenger hunt themed Easter Egg Hunt sounds like a fun idea!
We just did some egg decorating, yesterday! My mom is the one that does an Easter egg hunt for the kids. She started when my niece was 2 with about 5 or 6 eggs. Over the last 16 years it has grown alot with the number of grandkids to over 600 eggs! The kids have a blast. Usually our boys end up saying “Mommy I have enough eggs” and they are only about 1/2 way through finding eggs.
