Marlowe & the Mix aims to entertain today’s kids in a safe, concert-like forum before they’re old enough to go to a grown-up pop show. The music is targeted towards the 3-10 years of age audience.
The idea is that this band provides children with child-friendly music and shows, but are “grown up” enough to not be considered “babyish”.
We have a few child pop band group favourites in our house, although my children (aged 4 and almost 8) have outgrown a few of them now (which admittedly saddens me!). Marlowe in the Mix has captured both of my kids’ interest with their catchy beat, music and lyrics.
I love Marlowe’s positive and age-appropriate messages that are woven throughout her songs. Her up beat attitude and voice is catchy and fun, competing with today’s hits!

It’s nice to hear of a band that targets older children. There’s just way to much inappropriate music that little ones listen to nowadays.
