
We love Kelloggs cereal in our house! We eat it morning, noon and night.
Here are some of our recent favourites that we have tried out:
Kellogg’s Mini-Wheats Centres:
- lightly frosted whole grain biscuit with a burst of real fruit filling
- high source of fibre, low fat, trans fat free, low sodium and a source of 10 essential nutrients
Kellogg’s Rice Krispies Brown Rice Cereal:
- made with whole grain brown rice
it is low fat, trans fat free, less than 1 tsp of sugar per serving and no artificial flavours of colours
Kellogg’s Cinnamon Pops:
- sweet, unique cinnamon crunch plus a source of fibre
fat free, trans fat free and have no artificial colours and are a source of 7 essential nutrients
Kellogg’s All-Bran Bars Orange Cranberry:
- made with natural orange flavour and real cranberries and contains wheat bran fibre
- high source of fibre, trans fat free, low in saturated fat and a source of 7 essential nutrients
Rice Krispies Granola Bars:
- made with whole grain oats and contain 2 grams of fibre.
- two flavours: Cocoa and Strawberry (although we are not huge fans of the strawberry flavour!)
