On Valentine’s Day, my family and I enjoyed some beautiful and delicious treats from The Cocoa Cakery.
Christina Mckenzie is the founder of The Cocoa Cakery. She has been featured on Rogers TV. I loved the icing competition she hosted while on Rogers TV! So much fun!
Christina is a Visual Arts Grad who decided to take up cake and cookie decorating when her daughter turned 1. You would never know that only a few years ago was her first time attempting some of the delicious creations that she now shares with her many clients.
Check out the beautiful and creative sugar cookies that we received:
And don’t you just want to reach out through your screen to grab one of these moist, delicious cupcakes?!
The variety of flavours offered by The Cocoa Cakery is simply mouth watering! From chocolate to french vanilla and even mocha java, buttery pound cake, chocolate mint, vanilla chai, chocolate hazelnut heaven, coconut vanilla, divine raspberry, chocolate red velvet, luscious lemons, pink velvet, strawberry delight, and aunt harriets famous carrot cake.
I’ll take one of each please!

Wow these are just adorable and yummy looking. I can’t believe that she hasn’t been doing this for her whole life. Talented!
Beautiful! Almost too nice to eat but with those flavours who could resist??
Those cupcakes look amazing. They are too pretty to eat, I would feel guilty eating them after all the hard work she put into making them look so beautiful. I would want to put on display..ah, who am I kidding I would SO eat them because they look delicious. They are very pretty tho!
I absolutely LOVE the look of those cupcakes. With my daughter having a Red Dye allergy, we don’t have many traditional looking Valentine’s sweets at my house. I love that they are completely coated with red and red toppings, so that she could possibly enjoy with just removing the red decor. Thanks for sharing!
Oh wow! Those are stunning! They almost look too pretty to eat! Very talented lady 🙂
