Staying Healthy with #Kelloggs "My Special K" {G!VEAWAY}

Many of us struggle with staying healthy. We struggle with eating right, with getting enough sleep and with being fit.

Did you know that Special K has a new My Special K website that helps you to set your goals, make a plan and to put it into action! This website has personalized plans designed to align with your lifestyle goals. It is a motivating resource that helps you feel your best and keep weight management efforts in check.

The online program offers personalized meal and fitness plans for every goal, information on food, fitness, fashion and beauty and personalized articles and tools designed to help keep you stay positive and on track while maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Hina Khan, a pschotherapist, television personality and Special K ambassador agrees that having a positive attitude is everything! She offers five tips on how to think more positively:
  • Catch negative thoughts before they take over, don't feel them!
  • Reframe thoughts to the positive
  • Live in the present: don't dwell on the past or worry about the future, focus on the now.
  • Surround yourself with positive people
  • Remember the external world is a perception of your internal world - which you can control.

Recently, as part of the Kelloggers Network, I received a Special K Starter Kit filled with cereals, snacks and more to help get me on the right track in my health.

Of course, as soon as I opened up the box of goodies, my family dove in - head first...literally!

My entire family loves Special K cereals and bars! Our favourite Special K bar flavour is chocolate and we LOVE the Special K Red Berries cereal too!

The box of Special K Cracker Chips lasted one snack session with my family! The kids were so bummed when I said they were gone. I will have to get some more. They have a similar seasoning to chips but are so much healthier!
