Although I don't personally make resolutions for myself, I do often find the new year to be a good time to restart my habits and to make new routines for myself. Many of these new routines include health related goals. This year, I have started to drink more water, snack less at night and to restart my exercise routine.
One of my goals is to start using weights in my weekly exercise routine. Up until now, I have been scared of weights, but it is time to bite the bullet and give them a try! Canadian Tire has a good selection of weights as well as other fitness items including Yoga items.

ReplyDelete1. Work less - I reduced my hours at work so I'm done when my DD6 is finished school. I still have to make up the time but I do it after the kids are in bed.
2. Spend more time on family - whether it's playing a game or doing something fun. My girls will only be young once.
3. To become more healthy. I used to be extremely fit but kids, work, activities etc have made ME time almost non-existent. So becoming more healthy in body, mind & spirit.
