Olivieri Whole Grain Lasagna Sheets {REVIEW} and {GIVEAWAY}

Olivieri has some wonderful products that help making family meals so convenient yet healthy! Their new Whole Grain Lasagna Sheets are definitely included in these amazingly tasty products!

I haven't made lasagna in over a year! The last time I made it, I remember the pain that the oven ready noodles were. None of them broke evenly and it made making lasagna that much more of a chore.

Recently, I had the opportunity to make a lasagna with the new FRESH Olivieri Whole Grain Lasagna Sheets and let me tell you, they were so easy to use and they tasted delicious.

While my children didn't love the lasagna, that had nothing to do with the amazing quality or taste of the Olivieri Lasagna Sheets! It was more due to their picky eating and lack of interest in tomato sauce, oh what is a Mom to do? Next time, I will make a less traditional lasagna and see if that wins them over!

My biggest news though isn't about the children, it is about my husband. It is no secret that he is an extremely picky eater as well (gee, I wonder where the children get it from?!). He had to have his lasagna reheated and when I eagerly entered the room to find out his thoughts, I was shocked when he told me that is was quite possibly the best thing I have ever cooked!

I am not as much of a cooker as I am a baker, so when I have a succesful meal, I jump for joy and this was no exception.

Both my husband and I LOVED the taste of the lasagna and I fully believe that a huge part of that had to do with the noodles (my secret ingredient - haha!).

  12. I love Lasagna too, my hubby makes it for us. It's "his thing"

    I've used whole wheat pasta before, for lighter pasta dishes and found it chewy. I'll have to give it a try for Lasagna.

  21. I don't make lasagna. But the last time my husband did was a looooong time ago. At least since before the kids were born. He always adds ricotta and another kind of cheese but he can't remember (see how long it's been, either that or we're getting old, perhaps both, smile).
