  1. Thanks for celebrating Dad's health! I always keep my vitamins out in the open because I never remember to take them, lol. They pretty much need to be shoved in my face, not because I don't like them but because I am forgetful! Thanks!

  2. Oh my goodness! My husband would LOVE this! We love Adult Essentials. Vitamins never tasted so good! I think if Hubby had these all the time, he'd be more apt to remembering to take them! LOL!

  10. I learned that Omega 3 (essential fats)are essential as your body either cannot produce them and/or cannot produce enough of them to support your body’s needs.

  12. I learned that the 3 essential Omega 3’s are alpha linolenic acid (ALA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). ALA is found only in plants.

  27. Due to the lack of these foods in their diet Vegans are at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency as are other groups with low intakes of animal foods. They must get their B12 from either fortified foods or from a high quality B12 supplement.
