Thanks for celebrating Dad's health! I always keep my vitamins out in the open because I never remember to take them, lol. They pretty much need to be shoved in my face, not because I don't like them but because I am forgetful! Thanks!

I learned that you must get Omega 3's from your diet, which in many cases is lacking, so a supplement is great!

Looking around for your SASS post and realized that this giveaway (I'd already entered) has a funny date stamp. June 17, correct me if I'm wrong but it's only the 9th (at least that's what my computer says, smile). What am I missing? Not that it matters...
ReplyDeleteDue to the lack of these foods in their diet Vegans are at risk of vitamin B12 deficiency as are other groups with low intakes of animal foods. They must get their B12 from either fortified foods or from a high quality B12 supplement.
